The Czerwona Torebka Group’s activity is based on many years of experience in creating and developing trade chains in Poland. The realization of current projects have resulted in forming an efficiently functioning corporation. Since 2012 the Company is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

In 2013 the Group’s portfolio was extended by the leader of e-commerce Merlin.pl and a dynamically developing chain of convenience stores Małpka Express.
