We constantly analyze the retail market in search of perspective entities. Acquisition of companies with established position and high brand recognition provides solid foundations for development in the most popular retail sectors in Poland:

  • E-commerce - MERLIN
    The number of e-stores in Poland is still growing, therefore, the share of purchases made on-line in the total sales volume is increasing. For years Merlin.pl has been among the leading stores with the highest number of transactions  made by mail order. Merlin.pl can be proud of its offer consisting of nearly 320 000 products, more than 2 million registered customers and almost 150 000 orders realized monthly. Merlin.pl is one of the oldest Polish e-store, which assortment includes books, toys, consumer electronics, household appliances, beauty products, sportswear and sport equipment. The acquisition of Merlin.pl, a strong and well-recognized brand in the e-commerce sector, means a significant improvement of growth perspectives for the Czerwona Torebka Group.  Merlin.pl joined the Group in May 2013.
  • Convenience stores - MAŁPKA EXPRESS
    Małpka Express chain made its debut on the market in March 2012. The chain is one of the fastest developing convenience store chain in Poland. Currently, there are over 330 convenience stores operating in Poland under Małpka Express brand. The main aim of the brand is to achieve a leading position in the convenience sector. The acquisition of the Małpka Express chain is targeted at strengthening the trade activity of the Czerwona Torebka Group.
